About Meg Turpin and Norwich Community Choir,
Nick Jackson, the Mad Dogs and Musselheads
Meg is a member of the Natural Voice Network who believe that singing is everyone’s birth right. She founded Norwich Community Choir in 2008 to welcome people who want to sing, whether or not they can read music. The Choir’s entire repertoire is performed from memory and freedom from the printed copies can be seen and heard in their focus and communication – with each other and their audience – and in their spirited performance.
Nick is taking the role of storyteller for the night and is also a member of the Choir.
The Mad Dogs and Musselheads are separate groups of accomplished singers who are also part of the main Choir. They perform their own songs during choir concerts and also at concerts which they arrange independently.
