with Neil Lawson.
Neil is a masseur working locally with Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and NO HANDS techniques. He believes that Massage has a central role to play in the growth of whole human beings and that it can be a powerful catalyst for change. It is transforming his own life, and those of his clients, in ways that he could never have imagined. Of his visit to our regional forum he says :
During this session I would like to explore the effect that physical therapies – massage especially – can have on clients and the place of massage in our spiritual and emotional growth and development. I would also like to do a demonstration of NO HANDS Massage and answer any questions about this exciting treatment.
Coming later in the year : Return to Auroville with Martin Littlewood.
Exploring ‘Non Violent Communication’ with Des Moss.
Meetings take place on the third Thursday each month at Mangreen, unless stated otherwise. There is no meeting in August or December.
Meetings at Mangreen begin in the Light Centre at 11am with Attunement Healing, for those who would like to join us. We then sojourn to the Orchard Room at 12 noon for lunch, followed by our forum from 1 to 3pm.
We very much look forward to your joining us. We will provide lunch and suggest a guideline donation of £15.00 for the day.
Booking your place. Please register in advance if possible by contacting Naomi Duffield at trust@mangreen.co.uk or 01508 570444
The Wrekin Trust
An educational charity concerned with the spiritual nature of humanity and the universe, and part of a worldwide movement towards personal and planetary transformation.
Founded by Sir George Trevelyan in 1971 to further the spiritual awakening of humanity the Wrekin Trust celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2011. Currently its major project is supporting and promoting the Wrekin Forum; a collaboration of many spiritually oriented groupings and individuals. This work is progressing through the creation of Regional groupings, the hosting of ‘Transforums’ to facilitate further collaboration and its annual ‘Round Table’ event for all who resonate with this work.
‘Out of the confusion of a crumbling society will emerge individuals who are touched by higher guidance. These will inevitably flow together with others of like inspiration and a new quality of society will begin to form. This is the true adventure of our time’. Sir George Trevelyan.

The Mangreen Trust
Like the Wrekin Trust, of which it is a member organisation, the Mangreen Trust is also an educational charity. Founded in 1987 it was created so that Mangreen Hall North, which had provided a home for the Duffield Family since 1960, could continue to be of ongoing service to an increasingly ‘Extended Family’. Today it operates a Timeshare swimming pool and Orchard Rooms for hire and is an established holistic spiritual centre in its area and community. Besides hosting and co-ordinating regional gatherings in partnership with the Wrekin Trust it also provides opportunities for Spiritual Companions Training (In collaboration with the Foundation for Holistic Spirituality), monthly holistic services and regular Attunement healing..
A pleasant garden environment, Organically grown vegetables and lovingly prepared wholesome food all contribute to sustaining a ‘Spiritual Oasis in the heart of Norfolk’ that provides a unique learning environment well suited to meeting the inner needs of our time.
