The body to support the spirit in a balanced way, needs exercise so here at Mangreen we have a warm indoor swimming pool where you can exercise in peace and tranquillity. Surrounded by the energies of the garden and the Light Centre.

Swimming is the best form of exercise for regulating breathing, maintaining health and warding off disease and bringing relaxation to the body, mind and spirit.
     
HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL    
 
The indoor swimming pool is let on a Time Share annual basis by Mangreen for mainly half hour but occasionally longer periods. The pool is 10m (32ft) long, by 5m (16ft) wide, and the depth is 1.4m throughout. The temperature is kept at 30°C(86°F) and the facilities include a shower, hair dryers, a spin drier and a chair hoist with spreader bar sling.

The fees from 1st January 2008 - per GROUP, per half hour - for up to 6 adults, plus children plus a visitor whose name must be entered in the visitor's book are:-

Anyone taking a vacancy, which is not fully suitable, may request another time share in exchange when this becomes available. Being a member takes you to top of the waiting list, over those who are waiting to become members. If this is not possible you may put your name on the regular and irregular waiting lists.
