For over 40 years, the Mangreen Trust has provided an oasis of calm and spiritual fulfilment. With all the increasing uncertainty in this troubled world, more and more people are turning to spiritual guidance and companionship to find their true inner selves.

Situated four miles outside Norwich near the A47 southern bypass, Mangreen Hall offers a wide range of activities and facilities.

Mangreen Light Centre

Every quarter, Mangreen Trust publishes a schedule of activities and courses for the next three months. These include spiritual companionship training, the practice of attunement and holistic healing and spiritual self-exploration.

The Mangreen Light Centre is registered as a place of worship and was built in 1997 as a sanctuary for healing work. On the first Sunday of every month all are welcome to a holistic service at 11am, followed by a bring-and-share lunch. The tradition of healing is continued through the pratice of attunement, a non-touch form of energy healing.

A place for contemplation and prayer, the candle chapel is open every day and provides a place of peace and love where you can light a candle for loved ones or for the world.

Disabled facilities are provided throughout for visitors, including a hoist in the swimming pool.
