The Orchard Rooms - large and small
We have delightful conference rooms, each with private kitchen facilities, available for hire.

Ideal for seminars, keep fit, yoga, as well as many other purposes.
Hire is available per day or per hour.

How to book
Hiring the Orchard Rooms at Mangreen is simple! Contact us to agree the Time(s) and Price. We will then ask you to sign our Hire Agreement/ Terms and Conditions of use and, either to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit, or to agree invoicing details.
Because of the increasing popularity of these rooms, particularly at weekends, we operate a cancellation policy, which we endeavour to apply fairly, taking into account any circumstances that are genuinely beyond human control. In the event of Cancellation within 4 weeks of the agreed time we will ask you to pay 25% of the total price (Unless the facility is re-booked for that time), while cancellation within 24 hours, or failure to use a booked time, will be charged at 50% of the full price.
Optional catering service
We are also able to offer home prepared wholefood catering for some events, including lunches and refreshments. Our popular ‘Day Delegate’ package is available for £12 per person. Do contact Naomi for further information. Food ordered must be paid for!
Additional facilities
A digital projector with laptop and Audio System is available for training presentations or showing DVDs at £25 per day. Flip Chart stands are provided free and we can provide a pad and pens as well for £5 per day. If your activity has any special needs, or if you just want to discuss whether it would work at Mangreen, please do contact one of the Mangreen Trust’s Management Team.
